Police retires 21 Assistant Inspectors General of Police.
Reports have it that the Police Service Commission (PSC) has confirmed the
disengagement from duty of 21 Assistant Inspectors General (AIGs) of Police, who were senior to the new acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) Idris Ibrahim, before he was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari.The spokesman of the PSC Ikechukwu Ani, released a statement on Friday, July 1, stating that the retired AIGs are:1.
