2016 budget controversies : Reps. replaces house appropriation chairman

The House of Representatives  has replaced the chairman committee on appropriation Abdulmumin Jibrin with the house chairman committee on housing, Mustapha Dawaki.

The action was taken due to the controversies that sorrounded the 2016 budget as Jibrin was accused of  padding.
Just when the business of the day was about to come to an end,the  announcement was made  by the speaker Yakubu Dogara during the days plenary.
Abdul mumin while briefing Journalists in the House cleared the air that he was not sacked and described his actions as bold.
Recall the House had promised to fish out those involved in the padding of 2016 appropriation bill.
